What caught my eye about SALT wasn’t a campaign, it was the name they chose. 

WHAT CAUGHT MY EYE

Saltiness isn’t generally the flavor that bakeries usually tend to lean into with their names (for example, there is another nearby bakery named “Sugar”).

THOUGHTS & DID IT WORK?  

From what I can tell, SALT is doing pretty well for themselves, so I think it did. Personally, I also tend to think of salt as a flavor enhancer, so I thought of savory baked items and strong flavors. I don’t have much of a sweet tooth, but I think this choice of name conveys that they are a bakery focused on elevating flavor and willing to do interesting things rather than just churning out run of the mill items with as much sugar as possible. It definitely want to pay a visit!
